We started 2012 with the sad news that Prince's mom suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. We are so blessed that he was able to be there a few months before to be with her. We are so grateful for our knowledge that we will see her again and know that she is always with us. We love you Grandma Iyabo!
In January we headed up to a friends cabin. Prince almost didnt make it because his flight was delayed from Nigeria for a few days, but he finally made it! We had a blast, blew a tire on the freeway and had a flat spare, but we still had a blast!
Samarrah celebrated her 6th birthday getting manicures with her two best friends!
We visited my Grandparents in February and had a blast relaxing, pruning their grapefruit tree and playing at the school.

Daddy got in his first of 2 accidents in 6 weeks, luckily he was always okay :)
My uncle had suffered with Parkinsons for many years and passed away May 5,2012. We flew to CA for his funeral and enjoyed time together as a family. We drove to the top of Mt. Diablo, slid down rocks, visited the jelly belly factory and drove go carts. We visited the home I lived in unitl I was 5, I have really good memories of that home.

Ayo graduated from Preschool! He was such a good student! In his graduation questionnaire he said he favorite place to visit is Target. I was such a proud mom!
We packed up the car with cousins, grandma, and aunties and headed to Phoenix to visit Auntie Alyson. We went to the zoo and rode a camel, pet sting rays and hung out with little monkeys!
Samarrah graduated from Kindergarten!!! She did a great job. She is super smart and well behaved, we could not be more proud!
