MAY!

WOW May has already come and almost gone. I hope the summer goes by just as fast r I fear I might melt. This month has been a lot of fun. Samarrah has had a loose tooth FOREVER. She was so scared for us to take it out so we just decided to let it come out by itself. The night before Mother's Day Prince went out and got all of us cheeseburgers. Samarrah started crying while eating and I realized her tooth had come out and she was crying because she was scared she was going to start bleeding. She didn't and eventually she was really excited! The tooth fairy came that night and left her $2. She is becoming such a big girl.

Ayo wanted to show his teeth too! he is such a cutie!

If only the changing of the earrings went as smoothly. She was so excited to change her earrings. We went to the store and got her some cute new ones. I took one earring out, everything was fine went to put a new one in and all h#$l broke loose. It was an hour of crying and screaming (some from Mommy). She only wanted Prince to put it in but he was to scared because she was freaking out. Eventually I threw her in the car drover her to Grandmas and go figure Grandpa put the earring back in :) Those earrings will be in for a LONG time we are not doing that again anytime in the foreseeable future.

My Mother's day was great. My sisters got me some beautiful flowers and cards. My parents got me a very sweet card and Prince as always spoiled me. He got me some beautiful roses and two of my very own big bags of M&Ms, he didn't have bishopric meetings that morning so he got the kids ready took care of them after church and made dinner and just let me relax. He is Fantastic. The kids were great they loved giving me hugs and telling me happy mothers day. They made me the cutest cards in Primary and this is the first year they have sang with the Primary kids in Sacrament it was so cute. Samarrah wanted to dress alike on Mothers day so we are rocking the black skirts white shirts and pink camis. I feel so blessed and honored to be a mother. We were able to go hangout with my mom for a little bit that night. We always say we are going to not stay long but we just have way to much fun together!

This month our stake had a freebay event. Everyone in the stake took their things that they would have taken to DI to the stake center and then people were able to come and "shop" for free. I LOVE Di garage sales all of tat stuff so I have had this on my calendar for a month as was really excited. Our family was blessed with so much from this event. I was able to get a lot of really cute shirts. We got some clothes for the kids, some glasses to replace the ones we have had for seven years and had seen better days. We got A LOT of VHS for the kids, Disney movies and lots of Church Movies including cartoons. We were very blessed to get a twin bed for Ayo. It is solid wood with storage underneath and came with a great mattress.
This was Ayo's last night in his car bed. He is growing up to fast!

This is his knew big boy bed. Their room looks so cute with his bed in their. He definetly has his boy side decorated for a boy and hers for a girl.

I love Samarrahs bed. Her headboard has a matching footboard but we have never lived in a place big enough to use both, so she is rocking the headboard (from a garage sale) and pink princess canopy (from DI). Her Princess blanket was also from freebay.

They are so stinking cute when they sleep. They look like little angels.

Another great thing we got at freebay was a garbage bag full of barbies and Barbie clothes. So my parents gifted the kids with the dollhouse my Grandpa made for me and my sister when I was 5. I love having this in my home. I have great memories growing up playing barbies in this dollhouse. Prince is a little freaked out by the barbies and makes sure we have no naked barbies laying around.

Tomorrow Samarrah graduates from preschool so another post soon I promise!

I finished!

Last weekend my family headed up to St. George so all of us girls could do the Spokes for Hopes 30 mile ride. It was the HARDEST thing I have ever done. I am so proud of myself that I finished. My mom and sisters were so kind to stay with me. It was so hard but such a great experience and I am so glad I did it with my mom and sisters.

Half of our cheer squad. I never could have done it without them. My dad, Prince and the kids followed us to park ahead of us and cheer. It was so cute the kids kept yelling Faster Mommy...they didn't realize I was going fast :)

We Finished 2 hours and 40 minutes I was just hoping to finish so I am extremely happy with our time. It was an adventurous ride. My mom was the only one who wiped out and with style I might add.

Future Bikers of America. The kids are so excited to ride in races when they get older.

We hope to head back in Oct. and ride again with the boys this time.
