Ayo turned 2 on Saturday and I cannot believe it has been two years! He is such a little ball of energy. I cannot believe how much his personality has evolved over hte last few months. We had a little family barbecue for him, and of course it was all Cars. I made him a birthday outfit with cars shorts and decorated a shirt to match. He got lots of great presents including some fabric blocks I made for him with the letters for his name. He got a Kobe Bryant jersey from my parents which made my husband extremely happy!!! It was a fun day, and we are looking forward to more years and parties to come. He is an amazing little boy with a heart of gold, and the spirit of a ninja warrior. As seen in the picture he loves to jump around like a little ninja. We love you to death Ayo and are so glad we get to take on the "terrible" twos with you!!!

All of the Labor....

so since we moved here in April we have been demoing the backyard. It was a big honkin mess. After all the hard demoing work and making beautiful piles of dirt cinderblock and rock it was time to move it all to front yard into the honkin dumpster. We enlisted some buff young men :) and went to work it really did not take that long, and was pretty fun. It felt good to do some hard work together.
The beautiful piles!

working hard!

The muscles!

The team!

A job well done, a dumpster well filled

Pictures of the AFTER below.

New beautiful yard

So these aren't scenic shots of just the yard, but shots of the fun times we have in the yard. It was a lot of work, but it looks fantastic, and now we can all enjoy it.

Had to document it

I had to write this somewhere and it will be forever here if I blog about it. Today was National Donut Day and they were giving out free donuts at Krispy Kreme. Me, my mom, and sister packed up the kids and headed out for our free donuts. We were eating our fantasticly delicious donuts when Samarrah got a sad look on her face and said " Oh No there is a hole in my donut" It was so funny. Everyone around us started laughing, it was classic. She is so bright and says the funniest things, it is just great to see her grow up into such an amazing girl.
I have tons of pictures to put up, we helped my parents demo their backyard, and fill two dumpsters, it was HARD work, but lots of fun! I have no new pictures because m camera broke, I am having a hard time surviving, but will hopefully get my new dream camera soon!!!!!! Love you all
