Halloween and Footsies!

We had a great Halloween, Cousins were here, we hit up 2 trunk or treats and Town Square, and we had rocking costumes from D.I.! I found Ayo an optimus Prime and Bumblebee costume at D.I. and we found the gorgeous Childrens Place princess dress for Samarrah there for $4! They had a lot of fun at the trunk or treats and Town Square and we still have lots of candy! We have an afro wig that I bought and clearance last year, we all had a fun time wearing it, but I think Prince pulls it off the best.

My sister in law was here for 5 weeks and before she left we wanted to have a girls night. We thought it would be fun to buy footsies pajamas! When I bought them, I did it just for fun thinking I wouldn't wear them that much, but they are the most comfortable things ever!! I always wear them, and my kids love that we can have footsie nights! It was a lot of fun, I am so blessed to have all of these amazing women and sisters and friends FOREVER!

Pumpkin Patch (PICTURE OVERLOAD)

Last month we headed to the pumpkin patch with the whole family. It was a great night out!

We started with Pony Rides, all the kids were so brave riding the ponies.

We than hit up the slide. It was the favorite of the night, and at one ticket for 3 rides we could have let them slide the whole night!

They loved the ferris wheel. There were not a lot of people there so they just kept going around and around and around!

This was the highlight of the night! Auntie Alyson went with them on this twirly ride. They were spinning so fast it made me want to puke just watching them.

THE END (RELIEF)

This ride is definitely Ayo's favorite he still talks about it from last year. It was a lot of fun for them!

Then off course back to the slide one more time before we left!

Then off course a few photo-ops!

THE GIRLS!

We all headed to McDonalds after for some hot fudge sundaes!

Brynne loving Uncle Prince's french fries!

It was a great night out and the start of a lot of fun and excitement that these seasons bring! Up next, our Halloween festivities!!!

Let's Take a Trip Back in Time

Let's all jump back in time to September when I took these pictures and never blogged them. I am fully aware I am a blogging slacker, but who has time to blog when life is so exciting :) Back in September we had some rain!!! The kids were so excited. When it rains it is kind of a drop everything and play in the rain now because it is going to stop in 2 minutes thing.

Me and my mom and Sister did a 25 mile bike ride out by Red Rock to benefit the Special Olympics. It was a lot of fun to do.

The kids love cheering us on because it almost always means they get to stick their heads out of grandpas sunroof.

My Favorite cheering section (minus my dad who isn't in the picture) they come to all of our rides and cheer for us. I could not do it without their support.

Future bikers hopefully!

October first we celebrated Nigerian Independence day/Prince's 1 year anniversary of being a citizen by going to his (and mine, and Samarrah's and Ayo's) favorite place, Steak n Shake. Can't believe it has been a year. His naturalization ceremony was one of the most beautiful things I have been to, I think if every citizen in this country would be more grateful for where they live.

At the beginning of October we had my family over for dinner. I had bought a bumblebee and Optimus costume for Ayo so the kids decided to wear them and go after Sentinel Prime (Grandpa). They had a good shot at winning until Grandpa stole the spray bottle from Ayo and we all ended up wet. The LOVE going after Grandpa.
Don't the look so tough?
