So I am back, and here to share our adventures North. At the end of June we headed north to the Mt. Timp temple to see my cousin be sealed to his beautiful fiancee. It was a short trip, but lots of fun. We had a great ride up. My sister came with us and we had a lot of fun watching movies, talking and cracking up.

After we got there me and my sister headed out for dinner for everyone and then we hit up the pool. The kids have gotten really good at swimming this summer. Samarrah can swim without her floaties and Ayo is getting there.

We got up bright and early the next morning so we could hike Mt. Timp before we had to get ready to go to the temple. Me and Prince came down to the car to find my dad driving around the parking lot with the kids hanging out the sunroof. They loved it!

Mt. Timp was a lot of fun. We didn't have enough time to hike all the way to the caves, but made it almost there. The kids were amazing. They hiked like it was nothing. Going back down wore them out a little bit so they hopped on mommy and daddy back for a ride. It was beautiful scenery and wonderful weather...ohh to live in that environment always...It was a great way to start the day.

After hiking we raced back to the hotel so we could all get ready to head to the temple. It was a beautiful sealing and so great to be with so much family.

After the sealing and pictures we had some time to kill before the luncheon/reception. We headed to the Distibution Center, and had fun picking out a temple dress for my sister. This wedding was (when you add in the hiking) and ALL day event. Mu kids were the only kids there and they were FANTASTIC! I was such a proud mama. The luncheon was up a hill and down a dirt road, right off a golf course. The kids had fun running to the hole and being on the green. It was a great luncheon and reception. We got to hang out with a lot of family and enjoy each others company. The kids LOVED the cake, and we could not keep Samarrah off the dance floor. She was out there the whole reception dancing, most of the time by herself...occasionally someone from our family would join her, but she had no problem busting a move in front of all of hose in attendance.

Ayo wore a suit that day and whenever he would walk to the car he hiked up his britches so they wouldn't get dirty...so stinking cute.

Right before we left my cousins wife tossed the bouquet, I didn't see it but she was with my sisters and from what I hear Samarrah would have had it but a girl reached over her and grabbed it. After such a long day Samarrah lost it so my cousins beautiful wife brought her a bouquet that she loves and adores. We brought it all the way home and it sat on her dresser in a vase for weeks. Thanks Josie :)

This is probably the only trip we will take this summer, and it was a lot of fun. Lots of great memories made! Stay tuned for our 4th of July festivities!!!
